On April 21-23, 2009 at the Pasadena Hilton. I presented a one-page-poster at the NASA Conference Missions for Exoplanets 2010-2020. The following is a variation on my prestation...
I've uncovered a very simple repetitive numerical pattern/fractal or plan-it theory that's prevalent throughout nature and global culture...
~74% of the total mass-energy of this universe is dark energy74. ~74% of this universe's elemental mass is hydrogen (Milky Way/most galaxies are ~74% hydrogen, our/most solar systems' mass is ~74% hydrogen, the Sun's/most stars' mass is ~74% hydrogen, most gas-giant-planets are ~74% hydrogen). Hydrogen gas forms explosive mixtures with air if it is 4-74%. #7 is the 4th prime number. Besides Earth, this solar system has 7 planets & 4 trans-Neptunian dwarf planets. Venus is .7 AU & Mercury .4 AU from the Sun (Venus .7233322, Mercury .3870987). Saturn's '4 seasons' are each ~7.4 years long. The Moon's 4 phases are each ~7.4 days (lunar 'moonth' is 29.5 days). Lunar year (12 lunar months74) + a 7 day week + 4 days = 365 day solar year (7 31-day + 4 30-day months + February's 28 [7x4]). Superstring theory (10 dimensions) and supergravity theory (11 dimensions) state that the 4 forces of nature (gravity, electromagnetism, strong nuclear & weak nuclear) and the 2 types of matter (quarks & leptons) are united by the smallest things possible: ultra-subatomic strings of energy. M-theory unifies these field theories of 6 or 7 higher-dimensions (hyperspace) + the 4 common dimensions. My Unified Strings (U21S19) Theory (M-theory + time47 analysis) documents the macroscopic effects of strings (some are listed above and below) and provides 'balance' with the 6 or 7 aspects of 'regular time': [1] past, [2] present, [3] future, [4] the beginning: the Big Bang [5] the end: this universe's final entropy(?), [6] the void: beyond the boundary/horizon of this expanding universe, and [7] a constant: the speed of light + 4 aspects of 'hypertime': [1] fast forward/time dilation: moving clocks run slower than stationary clocks and clocks run faster in less gravity, [2] reverse: tachyons, torsion waves, and information/thought (quantum non-locality/ entanglement) can travel faster-than-light; in another frame-of-reference, they are traveling backwards in time (wormholes warp space), [3] stop time: photons and all electromagnetic waves traveling at the speed-of-light are in a domain where time stops74 in that reference point74, and as the event horizon of a black hole is approached, time slows down relative to that of distant observers - stopping completely on the boundary/horizon, and [4] before the beginning and after the end: this universe had a birth and may have a death, yet, it is but one of the infinite 'nonparallel-universes' in 'The Conglomerate'/multiverse (supermassive black holes Big Bang [supermassive white holes] into new universes). Using unified strings (U21S19) as a foundation means that designing a habitable planet to run on 6_4 can be built64. (10D superstring theory is now considered "incomplete", yet it is still engineerable.) Earth is proof that 7_4 has been engineered at least once!

The above research paper explains how I'm predicting that all 'true Earth-like planets' run on 7_4 like Earth or 6_4 like Nestor (Earth's 'next-door' neighbor) based on several 'Goldilocks' requirements: namely unified strings (U21S19) theory. Because 6_4 is simpler than 7_4, it would be logical to assume that the Nestlings would acquire advanced technology earlier than Earthlings. It has been speculated and proven to many that Earth has been visited by extraterrestrials in its past. There are several overt historical examples in the Bible of possible ET encounters, i.e. Enoch, Tower of Babel/Ziggurat of Babylon, Elijah, etc. But are there coded messages that would point74 to Nestlings and possibly other ETs influencing Earth? Yes.

Remember that gematria/famatmia is not coincidental: it's scientific by being connected to nature. Many of the words64/79 we associate with Biblical history when using English are built64 on 6_4. For example...

But there are other codes as well that point74/foint64 to Nestlings. The fruit74 (fhuit64 /food6__4) that Eve & Adam bit was a FIG. We know it was a fig because not only were fig trees common in those parts74, the Genesis story talks about how "after eating of the 'fruit of knowledge', Adam & Eve covered themselves with fig leaves". The word 'FIG' is a huge gematric and hieroglyphic code! FIG=6/7, whereas, F is the 6th letter, I - in this instance - is a seperating line, and G is the 7th letter. 'FIG' is a coded message that very simply imparts the knowledge that all true Earth-like planets are built on 6 or 7. On Nestor, FIG is called 'GIF'.

The ancient measurement of standard cubits was 6 palms x 4 fingers (17.674" or 17.76"). God's requirements regarding the building of Noah's Ark (Gen 6:15) used this measurement.
Johann Kepler discovered that the orbit of a planet was not circular, it was elliptical with the focus/sun being off-center. orbit=64, focus=64, built=64. Again, these are clues to Nestor.
